By using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms of use set out on this page (Terms). If you do not accept these Terms, then you must refrain from using this website.

We reserve the right to and may change these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your use of this website following the updating of these Terms will represent an agreement by you to be bound by these Terms as amended with immediate effect. About us

VPA creates and operates discrete and limited payment facilities (Facilities). Each Facility is created in respect of a particular real estate agency (Agency) and is designed to enable sellers that have engaged that Agency (Sellers) to act in the sale of their property to make payments to third-party service providers for services provided in respect of the marketing of their property for sale (Suppliers). ‘VPA Connect’ (Platform) is operated by VPA and enables Facilities to be accessed and used.

The Platform, while it is accessible via and forms a part of this website, can only be accessed and used by people in whose name VPA has opened an account (Account) and agreed to allow them to access and use the Platform. Only Sellers, Suppliers and Agencies (and real estate agents employed or otherwise engaged by them) are eligible to open an Account. Each Account is linked to a particular Facility and the holder of an Account can only use the Platform to access and use the linked Facility and not any other Facility.

Whether or not VPA opens an account in a person’s name is at its discretion and is conditional on the person agreeing to be bound by the ‘Terms of Use’ of the Platform ([click here]). The Terms of Use apply to the use of the Platform and not these Terms.
